delivery - Australia + Worldwide

delivery information

We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over the value of $90.00 (ninety dollars). Alternatively, on all other Australian orders there’s a flat rate of $15 (fifteen dollars). Express Orders have a flat rate of $20 (twenty dollars) International orders will be quoted before time of purchase as rates vary globally. Please email orders@totallybon.com if you’d like a quote for international shipping. 

we send all orders via australia post / courier service.

we endeavour to send your order as soon as possible, and most of the time this is within 1 -3 business days. as we are a small business please be aware our candles are made in small batches so if there is any delay we will let you know as soon as possible.

order tracking
you will receive a tracking number for your order upon dispatch so that you can track your order. once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with all of your tracking details. if you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. if you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order or for further information on tracking, please email orders@totallybon.com

order delivery to your home or work address
if no one is home to sign for it you will be left a card to pick your order up from your closest Post Office. if an order is being sent to a work address please ensure there is a concierge or reception.


missing items
please email help@totallybon.com with your order number outlining the missing item and we will investigate. 

broken or damaged items
please email help@totallybon.com with your order number and further information regarding the products. we recommend attaching photos of the broken or damaged products so that we can then arrange a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

lost packages
loss in transit is rare however if it does happen we will happily take responsibility for it. please contact us at help@totallybon.com to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above time frames.


refunds / exchange policy
we hope you love your totally bon product as much as we did making it for you.

if however, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of it being dispatched by us, providing it remains unused in its packaging and is in a resaleable condition. please be aware that any shipping costs for the return and resend of a different product will be at your expense. we do not offer refunds or exchange on sale items.

exchanges will be processed within 2-5 business days from the date the returned goods are received. we recommend that a proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel. 

when a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit/debit card or via paypal with which the purchase was made, within 2-5 working days from the date the returned goods are received. refunds may take 5-7 business days to show in your account, depending on the bank.

privacy policy
in completing and submitting an order for our products, you will be providing us with personal information. your information and any other personal information that you may provide to us will be held by us in accordance with our privacy policy, and will be used for management purposes, to process you order (and any future orders you may make), to enforce any legal or other rights we may have against you in any manner that see fit, and to keep you informed about new products, specials and other information that may be of interest to you, including without limited via electronic messages. if the information is not provided your order may not be processed.

if you are under the age of 18, please obtain your parent's or guardian's consent before providing totally bon with any personal information.

in order to fulfill the order, we may collect information like your:

  • billing and shipping address

  • details relating to your purchase

  • email address

  • name

  • phone number

we share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.

as you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.

as you browse our store, online ad networks we work with may place anonymous cookies on your computer, and use similar technologies, in order to understand your interests based on your (anonymous) online activities, and thus to tailor more relevant ads to you.
